For 1800 Reverse calls received and accepted on home phones, the charges are added to the fixed line telephone bill. For 1800 Reverse calls received and accepted on mobiles, the charges are billed by way of Premium SMS or Carrier Billing to the recipients mobile provider acccount.
The offer is not dependant on a bundling arrangement with other telecommunication services. And there is no minimum term applicable in the use of the 1800 Reverse service. There are also no inclusions, exclusions and important conditions, limitations, restrictions or other qualifications in using the 1800 Reverse service.

1800 Reverse is used on demand only. It is not a subscription service. 1800 Reverse calls are accepted and billed on a call-by-call basis only. If the receiving customer chooses not to accept the 1800 Reverse call or the call is not connected, there is no charge.
Customers can only accept a 1800 Reverse call on their home phone or mobile by pressing 9 on their telephone keypad when given the option. Users always have the option to hear the call charges before accepting the call by pressing the # key. All call rates are clearly outlined on our website.

1800 Reverse has tools to prevent customers from bill shock which include call limits and maximum call charges, plus outbound customer service notification calls.
Users can access 1800 Reverse at no cost when they are out-of-credit in Australia to make a reverse charge call from Telstra, Optus, Virgin and Vodafone prepaid mobiles. There is also no cost to access 1800 Reverse in Australia from Pay Phones and Home Phones. Calls to 1800 Reverse from other services (or data usage) may incur fees charged by the service provider. Users accessing the 1800 Reverse mobile App may be charged mobile browsing data fees. All call charges are paid by the receiving party if they agree to accept the call and charges.
