8000 Reverse allows users to make phone calls from the UK via BT to Australia which are paid reverse charge. 8000 Reverse calls from the UK to Australia can be made to fixed line numbers in Australia with the charges added to the fixed line telephone bill of the receiving party.

The offer is not dependant on a bundling arrangement with other telecommunication services. And there is no minimum term applicable in the use of the 8000 Reverse service. There are also no inclusions, exclusions and important conditions, limitations, restrictions or other qualifications in using the 8000 Reverse service. The service is provided under the terms listed on the 1800 Reverse website - Terms and Conditions

Information About Pricing

8000 Reverse is used on demand only. It is not a subscription service. 8000 Reverse calls are accepted and billed on a call-by-call basis only. If the receiving customer chooses not to accept the 8000 Reverse call or the call is not connected, there is no charge.

Customers can only accept an 8000 Reverse call on their fixed line in Australia by pressing 9 on their telephone keypad when given the option. Calls are charged in two parts, a connection fee of $5 (including GST) and a time based charge. The time based charge is $11 (including GST) per 3 minute block for calls originating from all countries. The minimum call charge is $16 (including GST). Calls have a maximum cost of $225 (including GST) and have a maximum duration of 120 minutes. Calls reach the maximum charge after 60 minutes of talk time, an additional 60 minutes of talk time is then provided with no additional charges.
