Price to make a call


From 1 July 2019, 1800-Reverse will no longer be available to get you connected. Thanks for using our service. Our Customer Service Centre will remain open until 12 noon EST on Wed 31 July 2019. 

No coins? No credit? No problem.

You can call 1800 Reverse from mobiles, home phones or payphones. There's no registration fee to access the service from your phone, and you don't need coins to make the call. All you need to do is dial 1800 R-E-V-E-R-S-E from your phone, when you need to get connected. That's 1800 7-3-8-3-7-7-3

There’s no charge to you to call 1800 Reverse from a Telstra, Optus, Virgin or Vodafone Mobile when you're out of credit.  And only 1800 Reverse lets you call from these providers when your prepaid credit is zero or your credit expiry period has been reached. You can also call without charge from any Payphone or Home Phone in Australia.

If you're not with Telstra, Optus, Virgin or Vodafone prepaid, you should check with your mobile provider on rates to call 1800 numbers.
